Our 2021 Barossa Valley Shiraz embodies the essence of South Australia’s renowned wine region. Crafted with care, it reflects the unique climate and soil of the Barossa Valley.
Harvested from a single vineyard, this Shiraz offers intense flavours with notes of ripe blackberries, plums, and dark cherries, complemented by hints of vanilla and spice. It has a deep crimson hue and a velvety texture, with well-balanced acidity.

- Deep crimson with a slight purple rim.
- Aroma
- Intense bouquet of ripe blackberries, plums, and dark cherries, with hints of vanilla and spice.
- Palate
- Rich and full-bodied, with flavours of blackberry jam, ripe plum, and dark chocolate. Balanced acidity with supple tannins. Lingering finish with dark fruit notes.
- At the table
- Ideal with grilled steak, slow-roasted lamb, gourmet burgers, hearty stews, wild mushroom risotto, or aged cheeses.
- Cellaring
- Can be enjoyed now, or aged for 5–7 years to develop further complexity.
